


Self Discovery Coaching Package - 3 Month Program
My coaching framework is divided into two parts - “Sprint” and “Marathon”. In the Sprint phase (the first month) we’ll have daily activities (and weekly calls to keep you accountable) that will help you get closer to the goals you specified. After the “Sprint” phase you’ll enter into the “Marathon” phase, during which we’ll have monthly calls for 2 months to keep you accountable.
